Dr. Abdolghder Pakniyat
Dr. Abdolghader Pakniyat is a highly experienced Emergency Medicine physician with over 13 years dedicated to managing critical care and complex trauma cases. Board-certified by the Iranian Ministry of Health and licensed by both the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the UAE Ministry of Health (MOH), he currently practices emergency medicine in Dubai.
Dr. Pakniyat is recognized for pioneering the integration of Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) into emergency care and is ARDMS-certified in abdominal sonography, bringing advanced bedside diagnostics to high-acuity settings. With extensive experience as an assistant professor and clinical educator, he is committed to advancing emergency medical education and critical care practices.
He strongly advocates for a structured, evidence-based approach to emergency care—emphasizing rapid decision-making, patient safety, and streamlined protocols.

Mojtaba Chardoli
Dr. Mojtaba Chardoli is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Iran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Firouzgar Hospital.
His main interests are in resident and undergrads education, knowledge translation, and ultrasound.
He is among the first faculty who introduced point-of-care ultrasound training for his Residents, a national POCUS teacher, and international lecturer in critical care ultrasound. He is a big believer in and contributor to the Free Open Access Medical Education (FOAM).
